Join History Walks FXBG for the next installment of our Drunk History Summer Series at River’s End Speakeasy!
This special America 250-themed evening explores the wonderfully unhinged side of Revolutionary-era Fredericksburg. We’ll share the fascinating stories of Hugh Mercer and George Weedon, along with strange colonial medical treatments, rowdy tavern culture, drinking habits, scandals, and plenty of questionable decisions.
Your ticket includes two handcrafted cocktails and a cupcake from Cool Cat Cupcakes. River’s End opens at 5:00 PM, so come early for dinner and drinks before the storytelling begins.
Thursday, August 13 at 6:30 PM River’s End Speakeasy $65 plus tax | Ages 21+
