Welcome to the official Facebook event for the 2026 March for Mental Wellness! We’re so excited to have you join us as we come together to uplift our community, amplify our voices, and raise awareness for mental wellness. Registration includes a free t-shirt and participation in our 3 mile March from Old Mill Park through historic downtown Fredericksburg. There will be markers placed along the trail to indicate every half mile taken for the cause of mental wellness! Our goal is to host the biggest March for Mental Wellness that FXBG has ever seen. We know that access to mental health care can be challenging - so let's wear green, share resources, and show up for our community.
