• Timed Tickets: All tickets are for specific time slots, please arrive on time for your session.

• Synthetic Rink: This is a synthetic ice rink, offering a smooth skating experience without the chill of real ice.

• Skates Included: Skate rentals are included with your ticket. Please do not bring your own skates.

• No Alcohol: Alcohol is not permitted in Riverfront Park or on the rink unless during an approved Fredericksburg Main Street or Fredericksburg Parks & Rec event.

• Refunds & Transfers: Available up to 72 hours before your ticket time. Email info@fredericksburgmainstreet.org

with requests.

• Weather Policy: The rink will remain open in light rain or snow. In cases of severe weather or unsafe conditions, sessions may be paused or rescheduled. Updates will be shared via Fredericksburg Main Street’s social media and emailed to affected ticket holders.
