In this hike and craft program, you'll join a ranger on a short hike to learn different ways to identify several tree species you can find around Lake Anna State Park and Virginia. Discover the secrets that make our common trees so tree-riffic and steps you can take to conserve them. After the hike, you'll make a leaf-rubbing booklet to take home with you! Old Pond Trail is .2 miles and fully paved. Meet the ranger near the Visitor Center sign at 10:00am. All ages and experience levels are welcome. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. No pre-registration needed. FREE.
